Eastside Cultural Navigator Program

The Eastside Cultural Navigator Program offers free, confidential social service assistance to individuals and families who have limited English language skills. This program especially helps people living in East King County (Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond and Snoqualmie Valley) to find the appropriate resources needed for the health of their family. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Help with employment
  • Signing up for English language classes
  • Applying for food stamps and related assistance
  • Accessing medical. legal and financial services
  • Assistance with children’s school issues
  • Housing help
  • Volunteer opportunity
  • Starting a business
  • Signing up for recreational activities
  • Information about bus transportation
  • Childcare resources

In addition to Spanish, Russian and Indian help, volunteers also speak Korean and Tagalog.
Mini City Hall staff have access to an interpreter on a dual receiver phone in over 100 languageswith Language Line services Monday – Saturday 10 – 6.
